I have promised this muffin long ago, but i have been busy and lazy.

Lately i have cooked a lot of muffins because it's a fast and consistent student friendly dessert and i can do a lot of variations.
I can't remember the exact recipe for these, but generally i use the following muffin base recipe and i just switch the fruits and the ingredients depending what's at home.
I am not a very precise cook, shame on me

For about 14 medium sized muffins:
250-300g all purpose flour
honey or sugar depending on how sweet the fruit is
(about 4-5 tbs of sugar usually, because i don't like it very
sweet, but test your taste)
1,5dl milk or 2dl thick yoghurt
about 1 pocket of baking powder
about 1-1,5 dl melted butter or margarine or oil
1 large egg

diced fruit and spice (here u can add lemon zest and cinammon)

Dry ingredients mixed in one bowl, liquid ones in another and then all together, not overmixing.
Bake them golden and leave them cool 5 minutes in the caps before removing.
