PIZZA (for a hungry night)

What you need for few friends (that means a bigger square baking dish):
cc. 250-300g wheat
1 egg
1dl milk
cc. 25g yeast
salami or sausage or ham
cheese
1 little tin of sweet corn
2 onions
1 green pepper
1 spoon of sugar and some salt
oregano
cc. 5 spoons of oil
ketchup and/or tomato sauce

So...start with putting the milk on fire till it gets lukewarm then put a little spoon of sugar in it and rub the yeast into...try to put all to some warmy place and leave it 10 minutes to "work".
Put the wheat into a big bowl, wash the egg and put into it, some salt coming and then the already metamorphosised milk with yeast. Prepare your hands (hehe:P) and mix the material with your one hand ...try to thicken it...and when u are ready pour the oil over it and work it into the material.
Then form a ball from it and put some towel over the bowl and leave it for 10-15 minutes till it gets twice as big as it was before.

I suppose at home you have gas or electric oven and not wood using one:D. So preheat the oven a little bit, but not much ...chose the baking dish or dishes you want to use and oil them a bit (if needed put baking paper into them). Then take the pizza material and with your hands smooth into it..then stab it a bit with a fork (the pizza base has to be neighter too thick nor too thin:D)
Put in the oven this way for few minutes, but not more than 5-7. After that take it out and smear it with spicy tomato sauce (for this case i usually use a special type called Chilean sauce with many spices what my grandparents make:D) and pour the oregano over (if you use dried one...if not you can put on the top) then put the sliced salami, ham or/and fried sausage rounds, the sliced onion, the sliced pepper, the sweet corn and the grated cheese (as much as you like:D) and put back in the oven for around 5 minutes.
Don't burn it...it has to be soft, yet ready.
If you like you can put tomato ketchup or sauce over.

(!!!JUST TO ANTICIPATE THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS:D
I DON'T DO IT IN REAL ITALIAN WAY...I KNOW MANY OTHER RECIPES EXIST AND TAKE THIS ONE AS ONE OF THEM. YOU CAN STILL SUGGEST OTHER TECHNIQUES.

WHAT YOU PUT OVER THE PIZZA BASE DEPENDS ON YOU AND YOUR STYLE, I WROTE THE RECIPE FOR THE ONE YOU SEE ON THE PICTURES.

AND YA..YOU CAN BAKE IT IN SQUARE OR ROUND DISH...I DON'T HAVE ROUND YET...SO THATS WHY THIS IS SQUARE :D IF ANYONE HAS ONE ROUND DISH IN PLUS I CAN TAKE IT WITH PLEASURE:) )

---haha thank you:D i have a past in advertising too  i had been to communication and PR university...well it was kind of theoretical...actually this is one of my oldest culinary photos and i guess since then i have learned new tricks of taking food photos... it would be quite pleasant to work in advertising, what regards culinary magazines and recipe books and ads of food, even though not that's my "profession":)---
