It's so springy, sunny and warm...and i have to write my essay, but i want to add two easy and fast strawberry desserts, so you can try them out in the season with fresh fruits

For 4 cups:
1 pocket of vanilla pudding
1/2 l cold milk
>1/4kg strawberries (two palms of strawberries )
1/2 banana
1 little apple
2 tbs of sugar
some mint leaves

Put 400ml of the milk to boil.
prepare the fruits, washing and peeling the apple and banana, slicing them finely. Cut the strawberries into 1/4 and fill the bottom of the cups with these fruits
Mix the pudding powder with sugar and the remaining milk, then add to the boiling milk and keep stirring until you get a homogenic and thick pudding.
Pour over the fruits in the cups and add the remaining fruits on the top, pushing some of them into the pudding.
Decorate it with mint leaves and serve it cold.
