Description

For around 10-15 pancakes:
1/4 kg flour (but i am not sure really, i just put an amount and see if it's seems enough for our hunger or not)
2 apples (peeled and raughly greated)
1 egg
1 dl milk
1 tbs of sugar
1 teaspoon of cinammon (or less)
2 tbs of oil
some bubbly mineral water (if possible)
a pinch of salt

So you do the following:
mix the flour with egg and salt, then pour some milk and stir well.
You add just a part of the milk at first, to create a strong dough, this way you are able to make it homogenic. Then when the flour "balls" disappeared you pour the rest of the milk and some mineral water.
Add the sugar, cinammon and the greated apples and stir into the mixture.
You have to get a not very liquid mixture, just like the half melted ice cream, otherwise you will be unable to spin them in the pan.
Put the oil in a cup and with a teaspoon before each pancake you pour one-two drops into the pan, let it heat up and then with a laddle put the from the pancake mixture in the pan, moving it cirly so the dough covers the surface in ca. 3 mm thickness.
Fry both sides (spinning or in air, or with the help of a roundy knife...you know that type u use for spreading butter on bread:D)
Serve it warm or cold, with cinammon sugar. You can add vanilla cream/pudding or fresh fruits:)
