For around 20-25 cookies you need:

12dkg soft butter
10 dkg dark chocolate
10 dkg walnut or hazelnut or almonds (raughly chopped)
12dkg brown sugar /or white
1 egg
16dkg flour
1 coffespoon of baking powder
2 tbs of cocoa powder (i use unsweetened)

Let the butter soften at room temperature.
Chop the chocolate and melt it above hot steam, stirring, taking care the bowl to don't touch the ot water.
Mix the butter with egg and sugar and stir until homogen and creamy, then add the melted chocolate, later the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder.
At the end pour the walnut into the mixture and stir once more.
Preheat the oven to 180C degrees and put baking paper in a pan.
With the help of a spoon put tiny amounts (like a walnut) on the pan a bit far from each other and push the top of them with the spoon to make them have a roundy shape.
Bake them for around 12 minutes.
After taking them off from the oven let them rest in the pan for a bit, them take them out and let them cool totally.
