THE SOUP CHAPTER

So dears i decided to take care of your health:D Soup is a vital thing, yet not in many cultures it is often served as part of the daily routine. I am from Transylvania and here we eat soup at almost every lunch, followed by a main course.
A warm soup relaxes the stomach and prepares it for a heavier main course.
I am really not good in shoting soups, i don't even have a good bowl for it..so i will post several soup recipes here with this picture...so you will see it updated from time to time:) Deal?

1. MOST SIMPLE SOUP
This is one i make very often, requires just a few ingredients and anyone can make it instead of those bullshit ready-packed powder soups.
For 1-3 person you need:
2 medium sized carots
1 little onion
1 parsley root + fresh green parsley
2 sticks of green celery
oil, salt and some Vegeta powder or chicken soup cube.
a palmful of some kind of noodles

So...wash, clean, peel the parsley root and carrots and onion, then chop the carrot and parsly (only if fresh and not "wooden"). If you have an older, wooden parsley clean it and cut into two and put in the soup like that to boil, the taste will enter the soup.
In another bowl put some water (c. 1l or less, depends how much soup you want) to boil.
Put some oil in a bowl and add the carrot and the parsley and fry 2-3 minutes, stirring. Then pour the boiling water over this. I don't advice trying with cold water, because carrots will become so hard.
Put the cleaned onion, some salt and Vegeta powder/cube into the water, as well as the celery sticks and let it boil until you feel the carrots became soft (take a spoon and try to cut a carrot slice into two on the wall of the bowl, if you do it easily it means they are cooked enough:D).
!Now depends what kind of noodles you use...if they are simple thin noodles they need just few minutes of cooking (so u can add almost at the end), if you opted for some shaped macaroni or fussili put that into the soup with 7-10 minutes before you think the carrots get ready.
Before you serve the soup take out the onion and the celery (in extra case the parsly root) from the soup.
At the very end chop the green parsley and add to the soup.

Remember not to overcook the vegetables, nor the noodles...it's not worse than a super soft soup...that's for really old people who have no teeth:D

I would be super curious if you wish for more soup recipes. And comments, ideas, wishes are appreciated.
As well as if something is unclear i am glad to answer your questions:)
