Well Brownie is not my invention, it's well known dessert in America since the beginning of the last century, but here in Europe people don't usually bake this at home. I don't know why... we keep making too complicated desserts maybe
So Brownie is a great dessert to start with if you're a beginner in kitchen stuff
and it's so delichious i swear!
Let's see the recipe
15dkg butter + some for greasing the pan
15 dkg dark chocolate (60% cocoa)
5-6 tablespoons of crystal sugar (as i remember
5-6 tablespoons of flour
7-10 dkg of walnut chopped raughly
You preheat the oven to 180C degrees. Grease a not very big pan and put baking paper in it and grease that too, then put the pan in the fridge.
Chop the dark chocolate and the butter into little pieces and melt them together over hot steam till they become creamy.
Beat up the eggs with the crystal sugar until you get a whity yellowy cream and mix with the melted chocolate. To this cream add the flour and walnut one by one spoon mixing gently with big moves.
Pour this cream into the pan and bake it for 20 minutes, until the top of it is crispy and shiny, but inside still soft.
Take it out of oven and let it cool.
I presented it with soft silky whipped cream, powder sugar and green lemon balm leaves.
