MARROW IN GOLDEN COAT

For a couple of people:
1 very tiny and fresh green marrow
2-3 eggs
2-3 tomatoes
4-5 potatoes
salt, pepper, sumak (turkish salad spice)
olive oil, baslamic vinegar
butter
1dl milk
flour

Peel the potatoes and cit them in little cubes and boil in salty water, then when they are ready pour water off from them and smash them with some butter, a big pinch of salt and some warmed up milk.
Beat up the eggs with salt and pepper, then add flour and stir till it becomes a thick creamy like something.
Wash and clean the marrow, if you take a little fresh one it will not have seeds to worry about. Slice it, and then put some salt and pepper on the slim slices. Put them in flour then in the beaten egg stuff and fry in som hot oil for 1-2 minutes (both sides).
Wash and chop the tomatoes, spice them with salt and sumak, pour some olive oil and few drops of balsamic vinegar.
Present all dishes together:) It's one of my favourite fast lunches what we made up with a dear friend on a september day some years ago.

Először azt hittem, az agyvelőnek mondják így. :) Úgy nem ízlett volna, de így :drool:
