GINGER COOKIES
For around 25 pieces:
1/2 cup butter (softened)
1 + 1/3 cup all purpose wheat
1/3 cup sugar + 2 spoons of sugar
3 spoons of honey
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1 coffee spoon of ground cinamon
1 coffee spoon of ground cloves
1 + 1/2 teaspoons of ground ginger
Preheat oven to medium.
Mix the sugar with the butter, then add the honey and the egg.
Stir the wheat and the baking powder and the spices, then put this mixture in the sugar-butter one and mix well.
Make little balls from the mass (like a little chestnut) and move it in the 2 teaspoons of crystal sugar then put in a pan on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes (first a bit on big flame then on medium flame) then take it out and let it cool
