Description

A simple dedication to myself for my 21st birthday
(just a little note here: this is the 2nd cake i made for my birthday:D )

PEAR JELLY CAKE
For cake:
5 eggs
5 spoons of cold water
9 spoons of flour
10 spoons of crystal sugar
cocoa powder (not instant one)
1/2 bar of intense dark chocolate
butter
salt
some Nutella

For jelly and decoration:
2 green pears
1 vanilla pudding powder
500ml pear juice
2 spoons of crystal sugar + some more sugar
lemon juice

So you satrt with making the sponge cake by separating the egg whites and yolks. Put the whites into a bowl add a little salt and beat them up till they become strong cream. Then add 10 spoons of sugar and 5 spoons of water to the yolks, and beat them up too till you see a yellowish cream. Then pour the white cream into the yellow and add 9 spoons of flour and around 1 big spoon of cocoa powder and stir it well but gentle. At the end cut the dark choco into little cubes and add almost all in this mass (leave a bit for the caramel later). Grease a cake shape (add baking paper if you feel the need) and put the mass into that. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes on big flame, then for 10 more minutes on 1/2 power till the toothpick test (push a toothpicker in the cake if you fee it's dry when u pull out the cake is ready, if still wet a bit and the cake makes some noise leave it a bit more in the oven). AHH AND DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN IN THE 1ST 10 MINUTES!!!
When the cake is ready take it out from the shape and let it cool.
Prepare the pudding in the normal way, but instead of milk cook it in pear juice and at the end add one pear cut into pieces, but 1st pour some fresh lemon juice over the sliced pear to don't become brown.
When the cake is cold cut it in the middle, make it wet with some pear juice watering gently the surface of it, then put some Nutella cream on the lower level and then add 2/3 of the pear jelly. "Water" the 2nd level too and put on the jelly filling. The remaining jelly comes on the top after you "watered" the top a bit. Cut the remaining pear into long slices and put over the jelly.
Melt some sugar in a bowl till it becomes golden caramel, then pour it on cold aluminium foliage, and before it's strong add some chocolate pieces and let it cool. When it's cold break it in pieaces and put between the pear slices on the top of the cake. And tadammm ready;p

This is one of a few recipes from you I want to try 8D But I have a question, what do you mean by wheat? Flour?
