SHELL MIRROR EGG

For 1 person:
1 kaiser or Vienna bread (i used dark one with seeds)
1-2 eggs
2 slices of salami
3 slices of cheese
salt, pepper, rosemary

Cut the kaiser into 2, wash the egg and put into a pan over some warm oil just like when you make simple mirror egg, put the cheese and salami over the egg. Pour some salt and pepper, than just a little bit of rosemary (take care cause it has heavy taste, so use just a bit).
When the egg is ready put on the bread and cover with the other part.
