SIMPLE TOMATO SALAD WITH SALTY CHEESE
let's start with a very simple food, yet very healthy.
What you need for 1 person:
2 bigger tomatoes
1-2 slice of salty cheese (use some soft type
2-3 leaves of basil
salt, pepper and you can use salad mix spices as well
Firstly you wash the tomatoes and basil well. Cut the tomatoes into 4 than slice those pieces (you don't have too slice to tiny) and put salt and little pepper on them. Then you prepare the topping: put around 2 spoons of water in a little cup, mince the basil and put into it, (if you use salad mix spices put those here too) and then pour around 2-3 spoons of olive oil...and mix it.
Pour that on the tomato and put the cheese on the top.
Try it ...it's not hard at all and it's summer time so eat much vegetable!!!
